Work with me
One-to-one coaching sessions are underpinned by the adoption of an accredited, best practice, four stage framework, including:
Exploring
Is the stage focused on providing you with a deeper understanding of yourself, including your skills and your strengths, what motivates and interests you, and what is most important to you in your life and your career.
Visioning
Concentrates on examining ideas and possibilities and working together to generate and research options for your future. We will identify what may help or hinder you and consider strategies for overcoming any blocks or barriers.
Clarifying
Is about building a clear picture of what you want from your career, helping you see your situation in a new way, and identifying the factors which need to be present for your career satisfaction.
Committing to action
Focuses on choosing viable career options, identifying your resources, and developing a realistic and actionable plan to help you achieve your career goals.
This approach is tailored to your personal career coaching goals, enabling you to make conscious, proactive, and positive choices about your future career.
Who i work with
My clients have diverse backgrounds, skills, interests, values, and career motivations. They also come from a broad range of professional functions, from Legal Services, Human Resources, Commercial and Operations to Financial Services and from both private and public sector organisations.
Although I typically specialise in working with Executive level clients (including CEO/MD’s, Directors and Senior Managers) I also enjoy working with a wide range of individuals at any stage of their career.
When working together, what is most important is your curiosity and your commitment to adopting a ‘work in progress’ mindset towards your future career happiness.
Scheduling and timeline
Typically, your personalised programme will take place over four stages and each session will last approximately 90 minutes and will be conducted via zoom.
However, personal development does take a commitment of effort and energy and so we will agree to a schedule for your sessions that gives you time to pause and reflect between the sessions.
Additional services
After the completion of your tailored career coaching programme, if you feel you would benefit from follow-up sessions to support your progress and help you to implement your career plans then these specific requirements can be discussed, confirmed, and priced separately.
-
Sometimes the idea of developing a CV (or other documents you need for an application process) can feel daunting. I can provide guidance and feedback to support you in achieving your career goals.
-
Once you have secured an interview, I can also provide practical interview support. Helping you develop and improve your interview technique and navigate the more challenging questions you may be asked during the selection process.
-
Certified by Saville Wave, I can also offer personality assessments. These can be used to supplement and support your self-reflection work, providing you with further self-analysis information. This can be priced separately and will include the assessment along with a personal report and a one-to-one feedback session.
-
Should you need help deciding between offers, negotiating salary, or planning for your new role then let me know and I will help if I can. If not, I can direct you to someone in my network who can provide the assistance you need.
